After a severe storm, a tree punctured the roof and compromised the structure of this lakeside home. Water also poured in through the roof and damaged inside finishes. The homeowner used the necessary reconstruction as an opportunity to update the floor plan and extend the home’s footprint. MCE provided structural engineering design and construction documents to rebuild affected portions and create the owner’s newly enhanced dream home.
